History
The company All-Ways Peru Investments S.A.C. was founded in September 2008 by Katherine Salazar and Mikael Blomstedt, in Lima, Peru. The company is specialized in arranging tours for foreigners from all over the world, interested in visiting Peru, with the highest standard of service and safety.
Katherine, born 1976 in Lima, has studied administration, and she has been working with tourism for years, also in a travel agency in Lima but she has also been working with publicity. Katherine has travelled all over Peru and she has a big contact net within the tourism industry.
Mikael, born 1968 in Nykarleby, Finland, has studied economics and he has a university degree from Åbo Akademi University in Finland. He has been working with analysis of customer service and within transports. Mikael has a large experience from travels in Southamerica, most in Peru.
Monika Blomstedt is responsible for the Scandinavian travel market, and she has been travelling several times in Southamerica and Peru. Monika was born 1973 in Nykarleby, Finland. Monika has studied Law at the Åbo Akademi University in Finland. And she is working since 2006 with marine insurances as a Claims Executive. Monika is living in Mariehamn on the Åland Islands in Finland.
Allen Balcom, born 1968 in Japan, but now living in New York, USA, is responsible for the North American market and for the rest of the world, because of his second job as a Technician for nuclear plants in which he is travelling all over the world. Allen is visiting Peru on a regular basis, and he has a big interest and knowledge of the history of Peru.
